LPA Receiverships

Julian Scannell the Company's Head of Professional Services is a Fellow of the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers. He is also an RICS registered property receiver. Since the early 1990's Julian Scannell and Nick Threlfall have acted as joint Law of Property Act receivers in relation to a wide range of both commercial and residential properties. As a consequence they are fully conversant with the relevant law, practise and procedures.
