The Company's Head of Professional Services Julian Scannell was a Valuer and subsequently Valuer (Main Grade) within the Maidstone office of the Valuation Office during the period 1978-1983. He has in excess of 30 years experience in dealing with rating assessments of commercial properties almost exclusively in the Kent area. Since 1990 Watson Day has appealed against the rating assessments of numerous commercial properties situated throughout the Kent area. In the vast majority of cases, the making of appeals has resulted in reductions being achieved in the rating assessment.
The service provided by the Company is fully compliant with the RICS/IRRV/RSA Rating Consultancy Code of Practise.
